1. It appears that the neighborhood may have had crime in the past - being next to the highway, and seeing signs on the doors entering to lock your vehicle and not expose valuables.

2. The hotel is about a mile form the airport and right off the highway en route to downtown (about 6 mi) which makes it extremely convenient and accessable.
