1. Carpets not vacuumed upon arrival, thick dust on surfaces of armoire/shelves, refrigerator turned off (smelled moldy), OLD air conditioning unit with visible mold, no ice machines, pool/spa were filthy and cloudy, pull-out sofa bed broken beyond repair.
