2. While my wife recovered from minor surgery on the very comfortable bed, I was able to connect to the internet on the hotel's wireless network and work in the living room area of the suite.

3. Normal rooms are quite boring, basically just your average hotel room, 2 bed frames, 2 mattresses, 2 sinks, and a toilet.

We go into our suite and couldn't believe what we seen - the blanket had burn holes and gross stains on it, the chair next to the bed was all ripped and had a big blood stain on it, the drawer was off the hinges and was just laying there, the windows were so filthy you couldn't see out of them, the couch had duck tape on the bottom of it and was totally sunken in, wallpaper was coming off the walls, lampshades had stains all over them, the carpet was really dirty and black with burn holes, and to top it off, the heater did not work.

5. Our bed was shaped like a "nest", got no sleep between the freeway noise,kids running the halls and feeling and hearing every spring in the 20 yr old mattress.

8. Carpets not vacuumed upon arrival, thick dust on surfaces of armoire/shelves, refrigerator turned off (smelled moldy), OLD air conditioning unit with visible mold, no ice machines, pool/spa were filthy and cloudy, pull-out sofa bed broken beyond repair.
