4. We paid 1/3 of what others at the tourney were paying and when we wanted an upscale bar to hang out we just went a block up the street to the Hyatt's lobby (I can certainly walk a block to save $100/night).

5. On a nice day, it's an easy walk, and you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the cafe at reasonable prices, and enjoy the Pfister ambience in the lobby without paying ourageous prices to sleep there.
