4. Knowing I never even open those drawers at all to clean them out, my error, the personel I spoke with at that time, said to call back and speak to the GM & head of housekeeping.

7. It was my mistake for leaving the clothing behind but the housekeeping staff, if having done their job correctly, would have turned my clothing in to the lost & found and returned to them to me.
