7. While even a refund isn`t enough to ever convince us to use a Radisson hotel again, I find it deplorable that we should have to pay for a hotel in which we could not shower or sleep or even be moved to another room.

8. Around 3 a.m. (at this point neither of us has still been able to sleep), I attempted to take a warm shower in hopes that I would be able to fall asleep despite the bedding situation.

9. When I got into the shower, after just a few moments, the drain was backing up and I was standing in 3-4 inches of dirty water.

10. Also there was a decorative shower curtain but no liner so the thrcurtain itself was soaked ough and had left a 2 foot puddle on the floor beyond the little bath mat.
