1. Despite a sign in our room and one on the front desk, claiming a 100% satisfaction or refund policy, no attempt was made to reimburse us or really even discuss it.

3. While even a refund isn`t enough to ever convince us to use a Radisson hotel again, I find it deplorable that we should have to pay for a hotel in which we could not shower or sleep or even be moved to another room.
