1. I was checked in by a manager (didn't catch her name but she had curly shoulder-length hair) and she was extremely friendly and helpful.

2. I was not impressed with the staff either, the manager checked me in and was not very friendly - the only reason I gave this hotel a 2 instead of a 1 was because the guy working at the desk the morning I checked out was really nice.

3. As like any other residence inn, an average breakfast buffet along with the managers light dinner at night which also included complimentary beer and wine.
