And it is not uncommon to get a four-star hotel in downtown miami for a priceline bid of $60 (but do your research - even the 4-star downtown hotel you could win on priceline doesn't get all good reviews) All these places will charge $15-30 per night for parking and in South Beach many hotels don't offer any parking.

9. 15 minutes straight shot down biscayne to downtown or 30 minutes straight north to Aventura Mall and another 15 minutes north to Fort Lauderdale airport.
