Included in the hotel rate is a free airport shuttle, free continental breakfast (including fresh waffles, cereals, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc.), and most importantly: free shuttle from the hotel to the cruise ship AND the ability to leave your car parked on the hotel property for FREE for up to a week if you stayed at the hotel.

' It wasn't that my hotel stay was horrible and the few complaints I had were about simple things but the fact that they took my survey and my comments to such an extent that they refunded 10% off my room rate back to me really impressed me to an extent that I would stay at this hotel again if I am ever back in Miami for a cruise.
