8. - As a Marriott member, I requested foam pillows, but didn't get them- the wireless, though free (bravo, about time hotels quit gouging travelers for wireless!), but it took an unreasonable half hour just to get the damn thing to work.

9. If you can pick what type of pillow you want, why can't you pick whether your linens have been washed with a fabric softener.
