1. The lobby and our room had obviously been updated, as the decor looked fresh, clean and modern.

2. I looks very dated on the outside, but they have renovated the lobby as well as the rooms fairly recently, probably knowing there is strong competition with a brand new gorgeous Holiday Inn Express next door, and other relatively brand new places (Hyatt Place, Wingate, Hampton Inn) in the area.
