1. We went back to the hotel, after we had checked out and they allowed us to use a room to clean the boys up and the use of their complimentary laundry service.

2. This is not a luxury hotel (what Springhill is?), but we have found it to always be clean, price is reasonable, the complimentary breakfast is better than average, and the staff (from Manager to Cleaning) have always been friendly and very helpful.
