The next day when it was time to check out, we had a bill under our door, we were charged with the same price we had booked the executive suite, when my wife called down to the lobby, she spoke with a man who said hold on, and gave the phone to a woman who stated 'I havent even set my stuff down you are going to have to wait' I do not recommend this place to anyone, the staff doesnt care, the hotel is without a shadow of a doubt the worst I have been to period.
