7. When we called downstairs because my boss was missing towels in her room they told us we had to come downstairs to get them and then once my boss got downstairs they told her she needed to trade in her old ones for new ones so they went back and forth with her for about 30 minutes until someone else stepped in and let them know that she had called earlier.
