1. Other than that it was a great place - nicely updated, comfy pillows and beds, vry clean, good service etc. Also I booked thru priceline and got the roomfor $89 instead of the $99 quoted at front desk.

9. Location, service and value all cease to have much meaning when there are roaches in your hotel room, but I can tell you this -- sleep quality certainly suffers.
