4. My only complaint (based on my experience on my two day stay) was the offer of one-day free highspeed internet service turned out not to br for 24 hours from the time of my check-in.

Each evening when we would return and the room wasn't serviced, we were told we had to come down to the front desk to get linens, coffee, tissue, etc. We left early in the morning and made sure the 'do not disturb' sign was not left in the door, but even found it back there one evening so someone had deliberately put it there as an excuse for not cleaning the room.
