Also when we booked this room it stated online that upon completion of our stay, we would receive a $25 gas card from Expedia but when my husband asked for more information about it at the checkout services, they were very rude and told him that they had no idea what he was talking about that they were not familiar with Expedia services and that we would have to contact Expedia and also offered no apologies about our room not being cleaned.
