1. The people at the front desk said the shuttle runs every 30 minutes but it's more like every hour and sometimes takes a couple of calls before they actually come get you.

2. The hotel do have a free shuttle service which runs till about 9pm & will bring you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
