1. Haven't had to use the business center but it looked fine, and the fitness room was good as well (2 treadmills, an eliptical, and a bike - all with built in tvs).

2. Another con is the cleanliness of the fitness center, the treadmill monitor screens were filthy, they should have someone to stop by the fitness room and clean it "a couple times a day" instead once a day or every other day.
