1. The hotel restaurant IS very small, and can easily get overcrowded at breakfast, but the food is basic and good, the bartenders happy to serve, and it's damn convenient.

There is a lift to take you to the floor where you cross over from one building to the other but when you get through there is stairs which you may have to carry your luggage up (see why $3-4 is worthwhile now!)The rooms are very nice (we had one with a separate lounge) and plenty of space for 2 people, there was a TV in each room and a small fridge/kitchen which came in handy for storing food /drinks.

Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers (very comfortable padded sort) and there was a bar/restaurant if you wanted food/drink (it was quite pricey but you are in Beverly Hills)If you are staying at the hotel you will need a car but then if you are staying in LA for any period of time you will need a car.
