1. It is beautifully located on Wilshire and Comstock, just a very short drive into Beverly Hills for dinner, or to Brentwood to visit friends.

4. When I asked to be seated on the banquette even though several clean tables were available they quickly cleaned it off, when I asked to order off the lunch menu even though it was dinner,no problem (yes this was a test!) none of the sulksand eye-rolling you often get even at the nicest hotels.

5. We walked over to Union Street for dinner and coffee and stopped for bagels and coffee take out on Lombard St before our morning walk in and around the area.
