2. Even so, 45 minutes in limbo at check in, another hour in limbo the next morning, and a manager untruthfully telling an audience we made an issue when it was our mistake (which it was not), are big enough drawbacks that I don`t think I`ll be returning.

3. We`d already paid for the room, as I secured it at a discount rate, so we had no choice but to check in.

4. I was also annoyed that he did not offer us any sort of discount for either the inconvenience of a 45 minute check in or the inconvenience of switching us to a room type we did not reserve (particularly as we paid extra for a room not received).
