Positives: Hot tub worked, exercise equipment workedNegatives: Not enough parking, breakfast was poor, trash throughout the property not picked up, rooms outdated, air conditioners in rooms too noisy, jury rigged security bars on balcony windows, dirty carpets, limited TV channels, only one place within walking distance for food (Ralph's supermarket across the street).

2. Not only is it on a busy street with much traffic noise, but it borders on the south end of Century City and a residential neighborhood, so unlike many other places in Los Angeles, the only thing within walking distance is the grocery store across the street.

Pros:*it`s in the heart of Beverly Hills; not far from lots of shopping and restaurants if that`s your thing;*only 4 miles from the walk of fame and rodeo drive*very, very reasonably priced for being in beverly hills*very close to the santa monica freewayCons:*because it`s so reasonably priced, the hotel rooms aren`t extravagent, but they are ok*valet parking is $15/day, no exceptions*if you`re not used to LA restaurants prices, you`re in for a shock!* the property and grounds are ok, but again, you`re i the heart of beverly hills at a reasonably priced hotel, so do expect spectacular landscaping and big pool; the view out of our window was that of a retaining wall; the rooms towards the back of the property had a view of the courtyardOverall, i`d say this hotel is just right and i would recommend it.

7. Had to walk for years to get to my room and it was loud outside my door during part of the days.
