1. My first impression was favorable, we were able to pick from three rooms, got a great rate, and then when it came time to write and pay for the room reservation, they turned us away because we have a service dog with the required ADA registrations and identifications.

3. She said she didn`t have any vacancy, so she sent us to Dunes Inn, which was a mile away and told us that she had made arrangements there for us and that we would get the same nightly rate there.
