5. remodeled with all new furnishings, marble spa shower and bathroom, marble kitchenette wet bar, great mattress for sleeping, collectible quality autographed artwork on the walls, spotlessly clean guestrooms, cute pool in the courtyard, and an amazing top notch diner restaurant off the lobby (the food is really THAT good, service fast and friendly).

6. There is a nice grocery and some quiet restaurants about 3 blocks east on Franklin, and since the hotel room had a fridge and microwave we bought bagels and croissants there and were able to save on breakfasts.
