1. Just returned from staying 6 nights - very impressed- room was great, loved the photos hanging throughout the hotel; bathroom impressive and with a view to Hollywood sign- front desk staff always friendly and helpful- computer in hotel lobby to check e-mails - free- location was brilliant - we walked down to Hollywood Boulevard every day - safe neighbourhood- Metro buses and trains 5 minute walk (much cheaper than taxis $5 all day pass) just need lots of time when using public transport- diner on site - open till 3am- Joe's mart just next door for bottles of water - cheap.

4. The place is practically a museum with a priceless collection of autographed photos of movie and TV stars lining every wall including the lobby, the hallways, stairways and even individual rooms.

6. It was similiar to the lobby but they had even cooler pictures, some were even new like Harry Potter and old like the Beatles.

7. remodeled with all new furnishings, marble spa shower and bathroom, marble kitchenette wet bar, great mattress for sleeping, collectible quality autographed artwork on the walls, spotlessly clean guestrooms, cute pool in the courtyard, and an amazing top notch diner restaurant off the lobby (the food is really THAT good, service fast and friendly).

9. At first when you enter the lobby it is very small and you wonder what your room will be like but surprising the room was very spacious and the bathroom huge.
