1. -clean with sufficient space to move around-came with fridge and microwave-bathroom looked clean and big enough to get in and out-nice decor with added California shutters to enhance appearance-no elevator, but there are only 2 floors that is expected-included breakfast sucks-area was suprisingly quiet given its location-comes with wi-fi-overall, realativly nice, clean looking and reasonably priced -would recommend if your on a budget.

2. Rooms are spacious and while decor is dated, beds are comfortable and room+bathroom was clean.
