What can i say location is perfect BUT it is an OLD hotel and the bad is that the rooms can get pretty stuffy especially in the summer to make it a little worse the rooms have NO AC just cieling fan that makes too much noise the bathrooms are very tiny and when i say tiny i mean TINY!the shower i couldnt even bend over to shave my legs in there it was too small actuallly it shaped into a tiny triangle i didnt feel comfortable lwaving the windows open at nite so we delt with the heat :( there are alotta bums who hang out infront of the hotel even though they locke the hotel down at night but still they like to hang out the parking is a HUGE issue you basically have to FIND a parking space and not move your care and just walk or rent a beach cruiser bike cause once u move ur car ull have trouble finding one close to the hotel and seriously be prepared to park fars away from the hotel the hotel staff was very nice they let me check-in early and the location was great i sat in the 2nd floor lobby and you could see everything there the hotel needs some updayting to do and maybe noise proof walls but other than that the hotel was ok we spent most of our time out in the beach and just came to the hotel to rest or shower the prices should go down just a tad bit too since its a motel :) OH and the elevator i think was a little bit scary BUT it sure added some touch of style to the hotel if they were to upgrade this hotel they should leave the elevator the way it is as long as its safe.
