5. Location: If you don't drive, you really don't want to stay here - and I am good at taking LA's public buses, no grocery store or fast food restaurant within walking distance - unless you don't mind walking 30 minutes or longer.

7. Very easy access to the 101 and 118 both of which we used checking out the town and was easy to get to Malibu which is my favorite place to just drive around and maybe walk the beach, but I also did Universal which was also a short drive away.
