6. No complaints - check-in was easy, daily maid service, etc. You aren't getting a luxury room for this rate of course but it's more than you might get at budget hotels at around the same rate.

8. Arrived earlier than check in time, reception staff very helpful when we asked if we could leave our luggage, they checked if our rooms were ready and as they were we were checked in about 4hrs early, which meant we did not have to go sight seeing with all our luggage in the car.

9. The staff were very courteous during check in and offering change for vending machines when needed and we were very happy with our 2 queen standard room which was spacious and clean.
