1. It`s located close to the old Seaport (aka Key West Bight) and a reasonable stroll to Duval Street.

6. There`s no pool at Budget, but right across the street at Albury Court (which is Budget`s sister property) there`s a small pool area.

10. If you are willing to drive around, it looked like, as a rule, one side of the street is residential permit and the other is up for grabs -- but there are a lot of people grabbing.
