I guess this same unpleasant woman did not understand that the reason there is a 'Do Not Disturb' sign in your room is so that you can put this outside and then the maids won`t knock and try and clean the rooms if you don`t want to be disturbed (perhaps she cannot read English?!) It was quite a display of bad manners on the customer`s part and I was embarrassed to witness it, especially when I know full well how hard the maids work at this place.
