1. I almost always slipped when entering (granted, I was wearing flip-flops and it had rained, but there was definitely something up in that area as it appears that the new decking dipped and water collected there.

3. one, the new deck was slippery and our 3 year old almost slipped and fell twice which could have resulted in a serious accident.
