1. The bed was hard as a rock, they had a notice in the bathroom saying that they charge for extra clean towels, the air conditioner didn't work right, the bathroom was disgusting, and to top it all off, the only hot water in the bathroom was in the sink.

6. This hotel had great location, queit, newly remodeled, but nobody cleaned the room, I took my own trash out i had to pick up my own towels and wash them at the end of my three day stay they told me "oh you have to ask for housekeeping each day" Other than that it was great.
