1. The front desk staff is awesome, called down with few questions about area and they were pleasant to deal with, and the manager is a good manager as well, talked to him and really cares about customers.

7. Needless to say, we couldn't check out because the clerk had already gone for the night and there was no one else at the front desk so we stayed for the night, had to swallow the cost of our other 2 nights that we were reserved for and checked out first thing the next morning.
