1. Took a 7 day cruise out of JAX and needed a hotel with door to door valet service to and from cruise port with free secure parking and free shuttle.

3. The next morning, we helped ourselves to a complimentary hot breakfast of eggs, waffles, juice and coffee followed by a complimentary shuttle (the shuttle sat 12, but we arrived together because a staffer drove the rest of us in a personal vehicle) to the cruise terminal.

4. Instead, the complimentary shuttles picked us up at the front of the terminal before 9am to return us to our vehicles, one of which had a dead battery due to an interior light left on.
