1. Instead, the complimentary shuttles picked us up at the front of the terminal before 9am to return us to our vehicles, one of which had a dead battery due to an interior light left on.

2. The next morning, we helped ourselves to a complimentary hot breakfast of eggs, waffles, juice and coffee followed by a complimentary shuttle (the shuttle sat 12, but we arrived together because a staffer drove the rest of us in a personal vehicle) to the cruise terminal.

3. We called the HJ corporate office to complain about the service and food, their answer was that the breakfast was complimentary and they were not obligated to provide us breakfast.
