1. On two other instances (for example, the maid service came only at 8am and would not come back later?!) the front desk was completely unresponsive to my requests.

2. The room which was given initially had bed bugs and I reported at the front desk and they changed me to a different room only to find out later that this room has even more bed bugs than the 1st room given to me.
