2. Although I was extremely annoyed with the fact that the front desk clerk, who`s job it is to help customers with questions or problems, was not at liberty to do something as simple as look in the lost and found on my behalf, I did as she instructed and called the next day.

4. I called the hotel the next day, and was told by the desk clerk that she could not help me, and that I needed to call the next day and speak with somebody in housekeeping (apparantly, for whatever ridiculous reason, the front desk clerk does not have access to the lost and found).

5. As I don`t live in Houston, I arranged for her to leave the charger at the front desk, and I asked a relative to go pick it up for me.

7. After driving almost 45-minutes in Houston traffic, my relative discovered upon arriving that the cell charger was in fact NOT at the front desk as promised.

8. What kind of hotel locks their lobby and makes you talk to the front desk staff through a security window (a la a gas station at night).
