1. - Rooms were clean albite on the small side- Staff service was on par and sometime exceeded JW Marriott's service, I did not come across any staff member that was not smiling and greetedly warmly as if they had known me for years!- Heavy presence of both uniformed and non uniformed security personnel was always a welcomed sight especially in the parking garage area which is a bit of a walk from the hotel and is not very well lit.
