5. The number of suspect cars in that mall's parking lot is quite astonishing even as early as 10-11pm.

7. It is unfortunate that wrought iron fencing had to be used aroung the hotel and parking lot to reduce the presence of a criminal element which has taken over the Greenspoint or Gunspoint Mall area of Houston.

8. Security issue at the hotel our vehicle window was broken & hotel to nothing to resolve issue not even an offer to reimburse the cost of the window, Also heard from several employees at the hotel that this was common at the hotel & they do nothing about need more security officers who actually patrol the parking lot.
