4. When I expressed fear at driving the freeways to and from the Medical Center, Ricky, one of the managers graciously gave me a map using surface roads.

5. On the last occassion which caused the manager to ask us to leave the hotel, the cancer patient called to report that the room hadnt been done and the front desk reponded that 'they would send towels and sheets' so we could clean the room ourselves and change our beds ourselves.

Austin Davis is the worst manager, need to bring someone else to clean up after him, has no sense of hospitality, only there for the money, no sense of treating his customers well, BEWAREalso had to go three times to re program key, totally unprofessional, this is a shame on Hyatt to have a hotel like this.

10. The manager was a rude person who said we werent a match for his hotel and would have to leave the room by noon the next day if not he would continue to charge us our hotel nights eventhough our rooms were never cleaned.
