1. I could not believe that thier phones and their talk about their weekend was more important then helping the guests at the front desk.

3. As icing on the cake, the rooms were awesome, the food was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly from the maids to the front desk.

6. My company was promised fresh coffe in the morning as we left before breakfast never happened,my room had a broken security latch that took a week to fix becuase the two nit wits at front desk couldn't even remeber to tell maintence and forgot which room I was in.

7. I did not like the distance from the rooms we were in to the front desk, took about 3-4 minutes to walk to it.

8. On the last occassion which caused the manager to ask us to leave the hotel, the cancer patient called to report that the room hadnt been done and the front desk reponded that 'they would send towels and sheets' so we could clean the room ourselves and change our beds ourselves.
