2. The concierge staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and keep me informed on the 'happenings' in Houston and help with recommendations, directions, etc. The shuttle driver is always happy to cart me to local restaurants and shopping areas.

3. I cannot comment on any food/beverage services as I didn`t partake of either, but I did find the complementary shuttle van to be useful, (if not a necessity - with no car of your own, it`s a lifeline to get anywhere!), and reliable.
