1. But if you get a good deal on this place (our priceline was over half off any other site I found, and 1/3 the price listed by marriott itself) then it's a good option that is close both to downtown and the galleria area.

2. A couple of minutes away is the large, high rise commercial district of Greenway Plaze, and downtown is probably only 10 minutes away.
