1. if you come back as a repeat guest you'll feel even more pampered when you find a personal note from the general manager welcoming you back, some extra amenities, your favorite newspaper or the breakfast, just the way you like it.

5. A group of friends were looking forward to stay here for a girls weekend but were extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and unprofessionalism of the staff (specifically Gene, the pool bartender, Yulia, the bar manager, and Omar).

6. After a few more minutes of laying by the pool we were approached by two people in black suits with walkie talkies, the bar manager and front desk supervisor, asking to speak to the person who booked the reservation.
