1. Also, for such a nice hotel with great rooms and beds that offer a great nights sleep, walking distance to many things in downtown Houston, the ODOR was unbearable in the lobby.

2. Our initial set of keys did not work and we were asked by an employee that happen to be walking the floors (I believe to check the rooms and housemaids progress)if we were in the correct room.
