1. Check out was prompt and efficient, and we never waited more than 5 minutes to get our car out of the valet.

3. We didn`t use the rooftop pool/spa or fitness room, but we checked them all out, and all were clean and well-kept (check out the view of Houston from the roof - a nice place to take your coffee early in the morning).

6. On the last day check-out was noon and since I hadn't been able to get an earlier flight or shuttle I asked for late check out and they allowed us until 1pm.

7. Before you check out, make sure to check your bill, first I had a parking charge and then a mini bar charge on there, even though I didn't use parking and didn't take anything from the mini bar.
