1. The rooms are clean, plenty of parking, and the kitchen comes in hands for those who don't have enough time to eat at restaurants each night.

2. The weekend that I checked in, this place was overrun with AT&T field repair trucks taking up all of the parking spaces, and their drivers wandering all over the hotel with cases of beer.
